What is M.B.S.R.

MINDFULNESS- is awareness of what is happening; this moment in my body, heart and mind.

BASED- is remembering to come back to the awareness of my body's sensations (home base).

STRESS- the unhealthy conditions that are unconsciouly added to human experience.

REDUCTION- of future stress, by understanding how to skillfully work with it.
